When fishing while snow is falling,
extra care must be taken. Everything is much more slippery and
it can be very easy to accidentally slip and fall. Falling into
cold water can put an individual into shock right away making
it impossible for that person to get themselves out of the water.
Another concern is your vehicle. Will you be able to safely
get your boat out of the water? Never launch a boat unless you
are 100% sure you can safely get it back out of the water later
in the day even if conditions get worse. 12/19/2001
